Zack Polanski criticises Labour after figures reveal what he calls 'alarming' access for the oil industry, The National reports

Zack Polanski has criticised Labour over the 'alarming' access given to the oil and gas industry. A Sunday National investigation found Shell, Equinor, Ithaca Energy, Adura and Offshore Energies UK, the main firms behind the Rosebank and Jackdaw developments, had at least 200 meetings with UK ministers between July 2024 and June 2026; 118 were in Labour's first year in office, against 62 in the Conservatives' final 12 months.
