Ebola: health workers attacked in DR Congo as the first confirmed patient in Nigeria is evacuated to Switzerland

A nurse was killed and another health worker badly injured by a machete-wielding mob in eastern DR Congo while raising awareness of Ebola, in the latest of a series of attacks officials blame on misinformation. Authorities say such attacks are hampering efforts to slow what is described as the world's fastest-growing Ebola outbreak. Separately, Nigeria has evacuated its first confirmed Ebola patient to Switzerland.
